Individual therapy

We provide a safe place to make mistakes, try out new ideas and approach your challenges with curiosity and compassion. We position ourselves as learners alongside you and respect the wisdom you bring into the room. We will invite you to try new ways of engaging with work, school or parenting — always with a big dose of humour and levity.

For students

For high school, post-secondary or graduate students. Learn tools to get work done that you’ve been avoiding:

Therapy services are available for Ontario residents only. Our fees start at $150 per 50-minute virtual session. Some health insurance plans cover occupational therapy and psychotherapy.

Group therapy

Why is group therapy our absolute favourite? That’s where the magic happens. Groups of strangers transform into communities, supporting each other through shared struggle and celebrating each member’s unique gifts.
